It would be nice if

- a thread starter was automatically subscribed to his thread (the ones I started do not appear in my notification list)
- there was an option in the control panel to set the default notification to "immediate by email"

And on a side note, a quote from the email settings control panel:
User Email's:
Specify if you would like to receive email's from other users.
Allow other users to send you email's via the board.

Good heavens! (insert  icon)

Hi, RKD

You can subscribe to your thread as a beginner by selecting the "subscription type" below the message column.

Actually, we suggest keep the decision for the author in case if the author doesn't want to receive too many mails about it. We are really sorry for the inconvenience to you.

Thanks for the idea
Visconti
