I think you solved it yourself. Set the forward offset to zero as you were doing, and then check the Active box.

I'm afraid there is not much you can do, because in 3DX the problem already starts from the beginning:  But nonetheless, thanx for bliss!

It'd be nice if you also provide .3DXprofile file for the last fbx, so we do not have to guess bones all over :)

OK, I fixed him a bit in Blender (removed double vertices which were causing problem and scaled that little calf bone). You may need to reapply texture as I think it's linked from my computer. https://www.dropbox.com/s/sp4dya5kujfhjdc/BlisspVAA_fixed.zip?dl=0 But ideally the feet mesh should be joint with legs and better weight painted so that there is no jagged border in between them.

Wow! Thank you 4u2ges. It works perfectly. unfortunately it is too advanced for me what you explain. I should see a tutorial because I have this kind of problem very often, I use a lot of creatures with non-human postures. if you have a little time to show it even without audio it would be cool :D
