How did you map the bones in 3DX?

Hi,
Once I have brought it in I select Character/Convert to Non-Standard, there are no presets available they are all greyed out
Then I select apply to iClone
As I have said I am very new to all this, and in addition into my 60's so age may not be on my side!!!

You have to map the bones yourself. Let me see if I can find a video tutorial on this process: Okay, found one. Look at the 1:50 mark here and it should explain what you need to do. Let us know if you have any difficulties with this process:

I followed the video, but I still cannot select any of the bones, the dot in the top left corner is green compared to the video where it is red.
I have tried with and without animation but still no luck, I will re install the software just in case there is a problem there but any further help would be greatly appreciated

You might have to post a link to your model -- I don't know what else to tell you (but if the bones are green try turning off the t-pose and see if that allows you to then select them properly).

I have turned off T.Pose and the legs disappear.
There are a number of animations which I can select but all of them look like the initial image i posted but they are moving, they resemble an inflatable doll.
How will i be able to share the link to my model as you have suggested, I am quite happy to allow someone to take control of my computer to see if its something I have done.
I have noticed that if I use the y.bot character rather than a character i have made in Fuse it works ok

Just upload your model somewhere -- there are a lot of free cloud services (I like Mega). Then provide a link to it.

You created the link with an encryption key, which I do not have. You can create the link without the key so that anyone can download, or you can provide the key.
