About Horse & Tack Theme Pack issue, this problem has been fixed. To solve this issue, you'll need to re-download the installation package of this content pack, and then you are able to re-install them into iClone4.

First of all, you have to login premium member account via the following link.

Steps:
1) Login your member: http://www.reallusion.com/member/program/memberreg.asp
2) The version of iClone will show on the web page
3) Click on “Order History” tab
4) You can find Creature Base Horse and Tack and its download link

About the problem of avatar face, I am writing to you that the avatar structure of iClone4 is different from iClone3. iClone4 is more exact than iClone3 inasmuch as iClone4 added various new features. Hence, the problem may occur if iClone4 load the former characters. This issue has been passed to our developing team. We are going to fix this problem soon. Before solving, you can click on Head/Face, and then change the face to avoid this situation.

Dr. Einstein's (American History V1_Albert Einstein) hair is red, even with maximum brightness and minimum saturation (see attached image). Since I just now acquired him, I'm unsure whether this is an iClone4 issue or a problem with the product or my use of the product.

Things to try? Workarounds? Thanks!

I cant use drag and drop images and video from external files in Iclone4 (i use Windows 7).

After installing iClone4.0, adobe photoshop CS2 can not be used with iClone. It works as a standalone but if I try to start it up from iClone, or try to run it when iClone is running, Photoshop crashes. This problem appeared just after installing iC4. I never had any isues prior to installing iC4 and therefore, I am pretty shure it is related.

Furthermore, after installing iC4, the problem percolated to iC3 (was never an issue before) rendering the use of my paint program with iClone non functional. I will try to re-install photoshop this evening.

I suspect iClone 4.0 installer overwrite some of the adobe shared OCX files with a version that is not downwards compatible.

I have downloaded v.4.0 twice. So many things, where do I start? The lastest download (payed for pro version upgrade from 3.2) does not accept the serial number sent with the download. I have redownloaded the serial number and still no install. This is daja vu from the 3.0 release! Same scrambling to fix what should have been fixed before release. So at this point in time I have a paid for v.4 and paid for packs for 4.0 and I have no product to use. Not only that the reply to customers searching for help is stretching to days if they contact support and dutifuly fill out the form. I haven't received a reply yet from customer support.

I and many others would like the respect of reallusion by not making the paying customers do the beta testing (i know you will say, this is the final release) I paid my bucks where is my finished, working, compatible, enjoyable iClone that I really fell in love with?

I think I will wait untill it all gets straightend out and then down load the real 4.?? in the mean time the $200 plus I paid is not getting any interest. I feel it is a slap in the face! I am extremely satisfied with iClone 3.2, however.

this is actually an old issue that was in ic3, when im editing motions and have the "edit motion layer" panel up, if I start using the slider on the timeline to go frame by frame, the panel randomly disappears / closes.

can you please put an "always on top" check box in it so it can stay put and doesn't auto disappear ?
