You actually want the character to be frozen in the position of the current frame after doing a Remove All Animation. The freeze is a way to save poses in iClone. So that behavior should NOT be changed. There is an idle motion you can apply to get the character to neutral position. There is also a Reset button but that resets everything in the project. What PW was pointing at, if I understand correctly, is that currently there is no way to freeze (and save) a facial animation "pose"; it is always reset to neutral.

Paumanok West (6/24/2011) Unless I am mistaken, one very annoying bug in iClone 4 results from a difference in behavior between facial animation and body animation, when using the Remove All Animation feature.
For body animation, Remove All Animation is translated as: "freeze the animation at the current frame and remove all other poses."
For facial animation, Remove All Animation is translated as: "reset all facial poses to neutral-default" when what the user wants is: "freeze the (facial) animation at the current frame and remove all other poses."
After all, the Face Key panel allows you to reset all facial poses to neutral.I agree with this completely. It would be nice if these two behaviors were reversed. It's really annoying when I add a body animation and decide I don't like it, but when removed the character is frozen in some pose that was part of that animation. I would expect it to go back to the neutral default. Ditto

Peter (RL) (6/24/2011) It could possibly be down to the size of the model. If this is a high polygon model it may be stretching your system a little causing the jitters. Try a test and replace the starship model with a simple prop like a 3D block ball. If this moves through the path jitter free then this would point to the model or a combination of the model and other objects in the scene being the problem.I'll try it, but I honestly don't think that's the issue. It is a high poly model, but it otherwise runs smoothly and at a good frame rate. I'll let you know when I try it.

Magique (6/23/2011) I am seeing an issue where an object following a motion path is jittery at times. Is this a known issue? Is there anything that can be done? I'm attaching a sample video. Watch the starship get jittery at times during the path.Is the movement jittery when previewing in iClone itself or only after rendering to video? Jittery in both cases.

tscott (6/15/2011) I've never received any response to the issue I reported with Image Based Lighting. With a really large scene when I select IBL Sunny, it creates a skydome of 250 size and applies lighting within the dome and ignores the rest of the scene. Scaling the dome up afterwards doesn't help. The lighting seems to be baked into the texturing permanently after first application. Here is a new screenshot. You should be able to adjust the global IBL scale under Atmosphere. Then select the Sky in Scene Manager and adjust the scale of this to match the IBL. Give this a try and see if it helps solve your problem. Thanks. That worked. Such a simple solution that I didn't even realize was there.
