first of all, not sayin this has anything at all to do with anyone's techy texture problems...it's just that at first i thought i couldn't texture G3 heads in IC4, but found out that i can.....
not sure if you're referring to Benny, Dylan, Jana as 'G4's , but I can edit their head texture thru either 'load image', or selecting a Face...as a matter of fact, I don't see the letters 'G4' on anything (characters or clonecloths) in my iClone 4 ...is that a norm ? plse lmk .
but i can edit the texture on G3 models/heads thru the 'load image' option or change face option.
i can change the face on a G2 model to another G2 face,,and if i choose the ''load image'' option, then i can texture any image i choose...
the texture option is only greyed out until i add a face template or upload an image for the G2's and G3's (clone, Trey, Violet,etc.) then it 'ungreys' and i can then edit texture..........,,but isn't greyed out at all when i choose Benny, Dylan or Jana.
sorry to hear that some are having problems with this area, .but just thought i'd mention this cause tho i know most of the probs with the texture option are technical,,there just might actually be a few out there that didn't realize that it takes a certain proceedure for the 'texture' to ungrey sometimes..(just trying to be helpful:pinch: :blink: )
back to my question, tho...plse lmk is it a norm in iClone 4 not to have any characters,clonecloths, etc., titled G4 ?,
