Hello,

I just downloaded the free trial of CrazyTalk7 Pro to see if I can work with the software. I'm a newbie that's interested in video marketing and was educated that CrazyTalk7 Standard would be appropriate for me.

I downloaded the trial and it opens just fine but when I drag a character to the main screen, the software crashes and I get a reference message for DEP. I tried disabling it, adding .exe to the exclusion list, entered codes in the cmd/command prompt and I'm still having no avail. Also, it didn't allow me to add to the list....grrrrr(frustrated!!!)

Windows is offering an upgrade to windows 7 and I'm not sure if that's something that I want to do because I love the simplicity of Vista.

Can anyone please help me with this?!

Please check that your graphics card drivers are to date. Graphics driver issues are the most common cause when experiencing crashing with CrazyTalk 7.

Also try running "Windows Update" to ensure your system is fully updated.

If this fails to help, please contact Technical Support using the link below. They will be able to advise you further. Do make sure you supply them your dxdiag.txt so they can check for any obvious issues.
