Cannot install the latest update using RL Hub. Even with Norton Auto-Protect and Firewall disabled, the "Data Protector" still runs and blocks the installation. I can't exclude the process from Data Protector because every time it runs it is given a different name (consisting of random numbers). Why doesn't the install path just include the name (like the Anima path above it) so that I can exclude it from being blocked?

You should be able to install it by simply turning off Data Protector for a period of time (or indefinitely). In the Norton hub, open Device Security, then click Settings (top row between Report Card and Help), then in Settings click Antivirus, Data Protector, and Off. Then Apply your changes and close.

...one should, but it hasn't worked for me.

My install files are stored at: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Reallusion\RLDownloads, which is the default location for the Hub. Maybe check there?

How do I view the: - Animated thumbnails for motion assets.
The menu items for "Animated Thumbnail" in the Content Manger are checked, but nothing seems to actually animate? Does it only work on certain motions (I tried the RL Studio Mocap series)? Is this supposed to work/look like the ActorCore website?

Is this supposed to work/look like the ActorCore website? If you select a motion pack in Content Manager that has animated thumbnails, then they will display as shown below. Not all packs have animated thumbnails. 76% of original size (was 661x19) - Click to enlarge
