UPDATE: We have found the problem and a new version of the Hub will be available in the coming days to correct the issue. Thanks again for the quick notification.Got today the latest Hub update (4.1.6830.1), the 3DXchange is back on installed section. Thanks! Thanks for letting us know. :)

I started a thread about iC6 etc before I saw thus
just adding as nobody likely to look there
I hope authentication continues to work as I would be most upset if my software and assets stopped working

So this is bizarre. I checked my Hub and 3DXchange was listed as installed...:w00t: Then there was a message that the Hub had a major update, so I let it update. After that, 3DXchange is now listed as NOT installed...:crazy:

RL are never going to update anything connected with iClone 7 and CC3, just make sure that you have copies of the last available full installers saved somewhere safe.
