I just observed that Hub (ver 4.1.822.1) is listing the "iClone 3DXchange 7" as a Not Installed product, even I have 3DXChange 7 Pro (ver 7.81.5515.1) already installed and working as usual.

I personally wouldn't worry about it as long as everything is working as expected. I have the Hub disabled on my PC and only enable it when I need to update anything, so I haven't a clue what it thinks about the status of any and all installed software. :)

RL are never going to update anything connected with iClone 7 and CC3, just make sure that you have copies of the last available full installers saved somewhere safe.

So this is bizarre. I checked my Hub and 3DXchange was listed as installed...:w00t:
Then there was a message that the Hub had a major update, so I let it update.
After that, 3DXchange is now listed as NOT installed...:crazy:

I started a thread about iC6 etc before I saw thus just adding as nobody likely to look there I hope authentication continues to work as I would be most upset if my software and assets stopped working
