Hello,
Sorry, please not rename the old .dll and paste the new .dll under the plugin folder, which will cause you to load two Smart Gallery Plug-in. Because it will load all the .dll under plug-in folder when IC/CC program initial. Please try to move out old .dll for backup. :):)
Edward

Yes Edward, it is exactly the same up to the byte. I did rename originals and copy both to the respective location. I then opened iClone and CC, applied offline status to SG and closed it. Saved the workspace Then closed iClone and CC. When I reopened apps, SG popped up on the screen again. I mean I can dock SG and it would stay docked, but I wonder if it is possible to completely close it and have it stay closed when I open CC/iClone next time. PS Supposed Gerry would show up soon and confirm one way or another ;)

Hi, Could you help to confirm the zip file again? I am worried you get a wrong file. :crying:There have three files and include a readme.txt there. Edward

Hi Edward, Unfortunately it still dos not remember Open/Close status. It only seems to remember the location.

wires (8/6/2020) Is there any information as to just when this issue will be resolved? :Whistling:Hello Gerry, It’s a coincidence that we just completed a Beta version, and after I sent you a private message, I saw this post. :D Here is the beta version: Fixed: Smart Gallery causes iClone/CC stuck around 20 seconds after press the Close button on the welcome screen in some environment. Fixed: The second Search in Smart Gallery is not reset search filter cause failed. Fixed: When switching to Offline Mode, Smart Gallery still tries to connect to the server and shows error. Fixed: Smart Gallery panel does not remember the open/close status and location on the workspace.
