Hi... Firstly let me say you have posted in the wrong forum. This is the archive for iClone 7. As your question relates to iClone 8 it should be posted in the iClone 8 forum. Please try to post future questions in the correct forum. Regarding your question, which version of Windows do you have and also are you using a Windows N version? (No Media Player) I ask this because the error message you are getting is often associated with the N version of Windows because it doesn't have the required media files installed.

Sorry to hear you are having problems installing iClone. If you haven't already, please restart your computer and then try to login to the Reallusion Hub with the same account details used to purchase iClone. If it still won't login (and you get the same error message), try closing down the Hub, then go to Start > Reallusion and right click on Reallusion Hub and choose "Run As Administrator". Does this now allow you to login to the Reallusion Hub?

Kind of the same Problem here. I just bought the Character Creator 3 Smart Hair Bundle and iClone 7. I followed the instructions and downloaded the Reallusion Hub. And for some reason, there are no Products to install. So I logged in to my account in the Reallusion Hub, but I got this Message: (its German and it means, that I have Internet Problems, even though i´m connected.

Hi Sid If you are having problems installing iClone, please try installing the Hub first which can be downloaded on the page below. Then open the Hub and sign in. You should then see a list of the available trial versions. Now try to install the iClone trial but if you encounter any error messages please capture a screenshot and post it so we can see what the problem is. Please also post your full system specs including graphic's card in case that is the issue. Reallusion HubThanks.

parisgranville (1/14/2020) Could it be a problem with the NVidia driver? It's unlikely to be a driver issue if you are having problems installing your software. Driver problems could prevent you launching the software though. In this case you would be wise to contact Technical Support and supply your dxdiag.txt so they can check for any system problems that may be preventing installation. a) Type "dxdiag" in the Task Bar Search box and click the "Dxdiag Run Command" from the search list. b) It will then check your system for a while, after finishing, click "Save All Information" c) Save "DxDiag.txt". and send this to Support as an attachment.
