I have the same Issue since 20 Minutes. I checked this all. WTF happenend? First My record just was an Stutter, it worked fine in the Preview, if i press ok it stutteres, now theres no Sound anymore!


EDIT: I found out the Problem is only in ONE Project! It dont work on ANY Character there? What can this be?


Edit again. This Project freezed i remember there only was a Chance by STR. ALT Delete. So i think thats the matter. How can i reset Sound Options for an Project?

Hi thanks,  I just installed 7.5 and getting the issue. I was getting frustrated cause I was doing as read and nothing. but did what you said and it was in that but almost hidden. Wasnt showing up in the main bar. Feel kinda stupid, reinstalling it haha but problem solved. Its under Sound >Adjust System Volume.

I finally found out the issue.  It seems that my mac was having issues playing some video which i was using on a background plane.  Removed it and it's now working ok

I have this issue also, but the fix stated here does not work for me.  All other system sounds and apps work fine, but iClone keeps muting in the windows Volume Mixer panel as soon as i play the project in iclone, I can get sound if i continuously hit the mute/unmute button but as soon as i stop button mashing the audio mutes again.  Very frustrating!
I'm using a macbook running bootcamp and i have all the latest drivers....like i said all other programs are fine, it's just iclone.

I experienced the same problem last night. The Volume Mixer was the solution. Thank you so much for posting this. :D It was driving me crazy. :w00t:

I know this topic is old but I had the same issue, after I installed a new program, to fix it you need to go to Volume Mixer in the start bar and search for iclone, it will be muted, just unmute and all will be ok.

Try right-clicking on the volume icon in your sys tray and opening Volume Control. Check to see if the volume for iClone is off. This was the problem in my case. If there is no sound from the software itself, then this is most likely the case.

I'm having the same problem.
I have a video file embedded in a prop screen.  It works perfectly playing in the program but when I render there is no audio.
Other exported soundtracks work fine.
