what does serial invalid number mean. iclone will now close. cause it been working for over 4 days and suddenly when i installed new content that pops up. is something special i need to do or something?

UPDATE:

For those who have been having difficulties with iClone 4.2 projects in iClone 4.3 then please download the patch again from your account and install again. A fix has been made to the patch that should resolve the problems that have been occuring.

At the present time it appears the problematic projects are those using Jam Band characters in them.

Me too. This couldn't have happened at a worse time, I'm supposed to present what I've worked on tomorrow morning. Now every time I try to load my custom project it crashes.

My mistake for blind patching, I should have known better.

Please fix soon!

Also select the object and then select Move (W). Hold down the CTRL key and drag on the object that is selected. A copy of it will be added to your scene. :)

If you loaded the object from the scene tree on the left hand of the screen, select the object in the tree again and click the load arrow (the one which points towards the scene).

If the object is something you've created anew from merging various props, then add your new merged object to the list of custom props using the "+" button.

Once it has been saved as a custom prop, use the same technique described above for loading another copy.

Guess it wasn't just me then. I hope this is fixed :ermm:

I just installed patch 4.3 onto my Iclone 4.2 version.

Result is that some of the custom projects, created and working fine with Iclone 4.2, can no longer be loaded anymore: The AP crashes and I have to restart Iclone.

Some other custom projects created by Iclone 4.2 still work fine.
