I have this problem too. Change the ambient color and iClone crashes. I have not encountered the problem prior to the most recent upgrade, so I think the bug was introduced with the last upgrade. I think Chris meant to write, "I DO think this is a problem with the latest"

Hi,

  iClone4 is repeatedly crashing when I try to change the color of ambient lighting, the scene includes 2 plains, water, drop shadows, no HDR and one high resolution diffuse. I don't think this is a problem with the latest version of iClone since I haven't had this problem before.

 I started this scene from scratch three times, it crashed ever time and the last time it froze the program. Any insight into what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

 Also, I'm having trouble contacting support, when I click on the link I'm asked to login, I type in my email address and password and it simply asks me to login again. I encountered a similar problem when trying to submit a pack for CCD membership.

I just bought the Lucky toon and the props,and dog1 open fine but any of the other dog motions close down the program???

Gizmo Problems -

To try and find a permanent fix for this disappearing Gizmo issue - Reallusion Support is looking for more information from users as to how and when the problem appears.

In particular a description of your workflow at the time of the Gizmo disappearing would be very helpful. In fact the more information you can give the better as it is currently difficult for Support to reproduce this issue internally.

My positioning Gizmo disappeared. Last time it happened I turned it off and back on in preferences and it came back. Now it's gone for good.

Win 7, 8gb ram, yada, yada.

There shouldn't be any problems using avatars such as Trey, Dylan, Jana etc if you have the latest build of iClone which is 4.3.1929.1. I have tested those avatars and have been unable to reproduce the problems you are having.

Also the issues mentioned by Zuijlen should also be resolved now since the latest update.

Although it may sound drastic, an uninstall of iClone followed by a fresh install of the latest full installer and resource pack may resolve these issues. You can get the latest build and resource pack from your Account after login (in Bonus & Upgrade).

If you still continue to have problems then I would advise contacting Technical Support using the link below. They will be able to help you further to get this problem fixed.

This may be related to some AML scripts that are not properly read by iClone 4.2 and later. If you select an animation from the menu, an AML script runs, but because iClone can't read it, you get an error. A fix has been promised... 

This is an issue with some packs as well. The following post provides a solution for that: https://forum.reallusion.com/FindPost53726.aspx. It may be worth a try.

Thank you very much for the quick response last time, I was able to get my old stuff working.

Now, however, I am trying to do walk/run path animation but every time I use move walk_forward or run_forward I get the response Error adding 'Move' command. I've tried this with all my characters and the only ones who work are Trinity, Violet, and Kane. Trinity and Violet both use the same female animations and Kane used an entirely different set than any of the other characters. This leads me to believe this is something with the male animation set.

They used to work fine in the past but I haven't used path animations in a while so I'm not sure what patch caused them to stop working.

Any help would be appreciated.
