this was never fixed so can you maybe update this like today by chance because im tired of waiting...

Do you have the latest version installed which is 1.3.5? If not please get the latest version below.

Also have you checked if the issue is happening with all characters or just one particular character? You can try loading one of the sample characters from the File Menu and see if the rigging completes successfully. These should complete without issue.

However, if the problem is happening with all characters, including the sample characters, then please try uninstalling AccuRig (even if it is the latest version) and install again. Any update here really stuck any workaround 

ITS crashing again.... but this time when i try to load a character into accurig. it wont even let me open a rig it crashes right away pls fix

Mine still crashes at adding skin weight 11% after 5 min ish... is there a way to update this? (Not sure if relevant but its a dense 501776 tris model at 26mb)

Okay thanks... This is super bad for me as i use AccuRIG for my Youtube career :( Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Alright sorry i have one more question. When you all do fix the issue. Will there be a update prompt to accurig telling us to update? And when do you think the issue will be solved cause i schedule youtube videos
