After AccuRIG's new update, it crashes every time I try to finish rigging by tapping the finish button. It loads, then crashes. This has happened with every rig I've ever made on here. I even tested it on the already made rigs to see if it's the app's issue and found out that it is indeed the AccuRIG app. The issue started after its update. Please let me know how to fix this or if this is also an issue for you.Also, yes i also restarted my labtop and the issue still occurs .

Hi... Have you tried the rigging process with one of the sample characters that come with AccuRig (File > Load Sample Character). Does the crashing still occur? If not then it may just be the character you are using that is the problem. However, if it still crashes with the sample characters, please make sure your system is fully updated and you have latest graphics drivers installed. Apologies for the delay in replying. We have been investigating this problem and can confirm there is an issue with the finalization process which is affecting some users.

Alright sorry i have one more question. When you all do fix the issue. Will there be a update prompt to accurig telling us to update? And when do you think the issue will be solved cause i schedule youtube videos

If a temporary hotfix is released first then I will let you know in this thread with the download link. If a full update is released I will again update in this thread but you should also get a notification the next time you try to launch AccuRig.

Okay thanks... This is super bad for me as i use AccuRIG for my Youtube career Hopefully it gets fixed soon. The good news is we have found the problem and are now just running some tests on the new build. If all goes well we hope to have the new version available in the next couple of days.
