Adding this feature to a great program like CC4 would make it a powerful tool

I was looking for something like that too, Cant give a precise answer yet, just purchased Headshot 2, but if you own Headshot 2, You may be able to load a different texture map in mesh mode or reproject a photo on that headmesh.
EDIT: I would try to load a texture under ->Modify->Material Tab for a test.

3Dscan terms and conditions for any license state that the following is not allowed: - Integration of our scan data into any character maker programme whereby the results can be exported as 3d models in any 3d format. Including but not limited to Daz 3D, Reallusion character creator.
So that makes it pretty much useless for our purposes.

Interesting. If they don't allow you to use the scans for characterr creation software, what is the point of these scans? Just fior static renders?

You can load a scan into headshot 2. It takes a little work, but you can get it almost spot on. Then the textures transfer automatically. Once you edit the head, you can export the textures and fix them.

i do this quite often now. It's pretty good except I can't get it to transfer all textures. Just normal and albedo. No roughness or specular maps. Any luck with that?
In the meantime, I have been using Facefrom Wrap to transfer all my textures to the iclone basemesh. Swapping them out from there is pretty "easy" from there
