I just installed all mine. I was worried about them yesterday, but stumbled across the upgrade link in the saved coupons dropdown under my account.

Unfortunately this there is a known issue with the SkinGen tools not showing up. We are working as fast as we can to resolve the issue and hope to have it fixed soon.

Dit you find a way to resolve this? For me this folder is also empty.

After installing Skingen for CC4 through the hub, I've manually had to install all the items from the content manager. (Guess this is the right way)
But for me the SkinGen Tools is also empty.)

After installing the Trial version, it does not automatically switch to the original version.
You can check if it is installed normally from the drop-down box. In order to install the normal version, you need to uninstall the trial version.

Update:

If I remember correctly, when the normal version of the plugin is added to your account, you should be able to see the normal version at the bottom, since the trial version is installed. However, you need to make sure that you have the license of the plugin from the registration page.

Many thanks for your response! That sounds positive at first. I have iClone largely for the Unreal Engine connection in conjunction with the Rokoko profile. If the purchased Rokoko profile only works in version 7, I don't need version 8 either. Let's hope for the best :).

Plugins will be upgraded for free if I'm not mistaken. This has to include profiles.
If you're eligible for upgrades, I think you should open a ticket for it. I think you can get a free upgrade.
You can check the same page again in a clean browser with sungod's suggested method.

Thanks for your answer, but I don't want to return the product.
I asked if anyone could tell me if Reallusion was serious about
paying me $600 again for the Rococo profile after I paid $500 for it a few months ago.
I think that's a lot of money we're talking about here.
Doesn't anyone think that's really unfair?
