I have a problem with headshot plugin...

Well, for sure you can delete CC from your machine completely and then let the Reallusion Hub reinstall everything correctly.  That's the best procedure and certainly can't hurt.

Try completely shutting down your computer and restart. If the photo still won't work, try a few different photos. However, if the problem continues try uninstalling Character Creator 3 and the Headshot Plug-in using the Reallusion Hub. Then try a reinstall. Do make sure to install Character Creator 3 first, then the Headshot Plug-in (with CC3 closed down)and ensure everything is working before making any other changes or installing any other plug-ins.
