I made those for a base female in T-pose. For other characters might need a little smoothing/tweaking in CC. They also automatically hide hands mesh.

Update: Added a pair with no fingers deform as well. Those are just following hands bones.

Wow thanks I was àlso wondering what to do with hands poking through clothes. What an idea for such glove, will surely try that. Thanks a Ton!!
