I just got this error message.
Failed to locate the iclone custom data folder. iClone will not start.
I never got this before. I just updated to latest Windows 10.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
I uninstalled and reinstalled but I still get the same message.
I also change the location of the custom data when I did a new install but still get the same error.
But, I can get the program to start if I start 3dxchange and load a model then apply to iClone, iClone starts up normally.
I would love to hear from you guys.
