I installed Smart Gallery in Iclone 7.72 ans CC 3.22 but it does not work. I bought Doomsday Playset but it does not show uo in Smart content.
There is no other way to install it.
In fact the plugin is extremely sluggish and unresponsive. It is stuck on "trial" in CC.
I cannot select anything else in the SC window.

Cause we cannot reproduce this issue in our test environment.
We need your help with providing below extra data:
The system info (registry, dxdiag.txt...) Please ref this FAQ to get it.
The local database and cache files
1. Database: compress this folder %ProgramData%\Reallusion\CMS as a .zip file
2. Metacache: compress this folder %ProgramData%\Reallusion\ContentManager\MetaCache as a .zip file
The .log file (ref the video) 1. Uncompress and run the attached Debugview tool. (Dbgview.zip)
2. Run iClone or Character Creator, till the Smart Gallery syncing finished.
3. Send us the log file by clicking Save in the Debugview.
And if you need to continue your work immediately, you may try resetting your database by executing the attached Reset DB_OfficialSG.bat with the administrator.
Make sure your IC/CC is not running when you are executing the .bat.
After that restart the IC/CC program.
If the issue still existing, please remove the Smart Gallery via Reallusion Hub, waiting for our further answer to your problem.
