I'm not sure whether this has always been an issue, or if its something that was introduced in 3.2, but I seem to be having problems getting an avatar's eyelashes to stay aligned with their eyelids. Here's an extreme example, but it seems to happen on basically every G8 character imported through Transformer (large eyes make it worse, obviously, and "Correct Eyeblink" seems to exacerbate the problem): The only solution I've managed to come up with so far is to export to 3dxchange, then export an OBJ of the eyeblink morphs and fix them manually in Blender (which is a bit of a pain). Does anyone know of an easier solution?

I have the same issue with G8 Female eyelash, as said above it's worse with larger eyes
Basically what I do is: import the character with transformer fix the eye blink in 3D Exchange following RL documentation (depending on the character it mean having the morph set to 230 for eye blink + left and right) import the morph into CC3
That's where the eyelash are completely messed up when the eyes are closed
Fixing the issue in Blender is really annoying to handle (I'm not a Blender export at all)
I saw at least two other posts that are speaking about the exact same issue but all those posts have no answer from anyone
Is there any way to fix it in a simple manner (even if that mean changing something in Daz)

In CC3 is an Eye Blink Correction especially for this problem. Modify/Correct Eyeblink

Bassline303 (6/18/2020) In CC3 is an Eye Blink Correction especially for this problem. Modify/Correct EyeblinkNo, it's making the issue worse actually, as also stated by the original poster here

I can try with the smaller eyes in Daz but I doubt it will help, I think it's because of the shape or something I am not sure. I just hoped that Transformer could take care of the Eyelashes in a better way as it seem to be some sort of weight painting issue (not sure how it works of course) Here is the original model (character is from Toon Generation G8F from 3DU ( https://www.daz3d.com/toon-generations-essentials-for-genesis-8-females) Eyelashes are Genesis 8 Female original mesh Once imported in CC3.22 and simply set the eyes to blink, sure it doesn't close entirely (can be fixed through 3DX) but you can already see the main issue: And just for testing of course I tried to apply the "Correct EyeBlink" from the modify menu: So I don't know why it deforms so badly, I tried to fix it in Blender with my poor skills. While the eye lids are super simple to fix, the Eyelashes is another monster that I can't manage to fix in a simple way... I never tested before version 3.22 as I own Character Creator for a month only. I tested with FBX version 11 and 12 as well

Yeah, it's pretty disappointing that these sorts of bugs often seem to go unresolved by RL. I think, as others have stated elsewhere, they've bitten off more than they can chew with all of their side projects (Headshot, Unreal Live Link, etc.), and certain core features, such as Transformer, are being neglected.

Hookflash (6/19/2020) Yeah, it's pretty disappointing that these sorts of bugs often seem to go unresolved by RL. I think, as others have stated elsewhere, they've bitten off more than they can chew with all of their side projects (Headshot, Unreal Live Link, etc.), and certain core features, such as Transformer, are being neglected. That's the exact same problem I have with Unity and their dev process... too many projects and core things/bugs aren't taken care off and too many new features are dropped in "beta" at the same time. I'm new into the RL world and I'm really happy with most of it, but those Eyelashes issues are really annoying. I spent 3 hours in Blender fixing the 3 main morphs (Blink / Blink_L / Blink_R) and of course not a single eye look the same once morphed now, it's ok-ish for the style I go with (not realistic) but the time wasted is huge. Pretty sure a Blender expert would fix that in 15mn max. Now considering I'll have to do this for any Daz character is a bit depressing to imagine.
