BenjaminTuttle (11/7/2019) One thing that can be done is simply make a meter cube.
iClone's built-in Box shape is actually suited for that, as it has sides of 1 meter. EDIT: There is also a free ruler in the Market Place: https://marketplace.reallusion.com/ruler. It's in feet, but you can make it metric by re-texturing.

As previously mentioned, iclone's basic unit of measurement is the centimeter.
Blender's default is also metric. The default cube for blender is 2 meter x 2 meter x 2 meter. Scale it by 50 percent and you can use it as a form of measurement as a basic measurement. Be sure to export as an fbx for 1 to 1 scale when you import to iclone.

edycrp (11/7/2019) Exactly, it makes no sense that this program does not have a system of measures to compare an object with respect to another. A very notable error which I do not understand because they have not sought to solve it.
I disagree that it is an error. It would be a useful feature, but over the years I haven't seen many requests for it (if any). It's up to you to enter a feature request. That is in general how things move along in iClone. I have built many sets for my movies, and I make sure the various props are at the right scale. That isn't too hard to do. After that combining the individual objects is not complicated.

Modelling or not measures would be very useful when putting sets together for example

The info option in CC (Ctrl+F) shows the height of the character or any part that has been selected. So that's at least something.

Is there that yellow figure to measure the average human from 3DX in iClone? Often, I wish there were one so that I don't have to find an average human avatar to drag into a scene. I guess I could just make one.

The unit of measurement as you see for the position of an object is centimeters. The default grid size is 100, which is equivalent to 1 meter, but the grid size can be changed in Preference. As Raxel points out, dimensions of objects are not specified as numerical values, similar to what we have for position, so for now we have to use workarounds. If iClone were a modeling program, there would of course be more of a need. There is a Feedback Tracker were you can make feature requests, or perhaps this has already been requested in the past.
