Unreal has a new Auto Exposer in UE4.25... You can : 1. Deactivate Auto Exposing and decrease your light strength (lux) down from 75.000. 2. Deactivate Game Settings and change the EV100 manually.

As far as i know , only when you start a new project, there is no reset button, but I am not sure. Nur wenn du ein neues Projekt startest , da wirst du ja gefragt ob raytracing ...u.s.w

Sorry to be a pain but those settings do not work for me but I see from your images with the SunSky selected that you have a set of light options under Transform settings but if you look at my screen cap I do not have those? Chris.

You have ! Move your mouse between SunSky and Search Details and you will get a double arrow , click and pull it down. There is all you can tweak... Closed : Open :

This was a good tip everyone. I find using your own exposure (near black) until you add lighting is a more effective way of getting the right lighting. Because that auto-exposure really washes things out reflection and detail wise.

Hi Bassline,
I just discovered your Youtube videos late last night and am in complete awe at what you've achieved. I'm currently in the process of reworking my animation production pipeline for Unreal 4.25 and desperately holding out for the new releases of Character Creator and Iclone and watching your videos has made me realise that I want to achieve (only 20 or so years in the making) can actually be realised. I will be devouring all of your posts and videos over the next month and look forward to learning from your sage-like abilities. Thank you again.
regards
Andrew
