Hello... were you able to find a fix for this issue of the "Raccoon eyes"? in my case even the AO raytrace off does not solve the issue.
Nildo------------------------- The workaround I am doing is to add a weak light source in front of the face , attached to the head bone without producing shadows. The key is the light , realtime path tracing or RTXGI would help here , but that is for future versions , in the meanwhile you have to cheat a bit ;-) P.S. - RTXGI for UE4 will come soon from Nvidia. [/quote] Thanks Bassline..that's what I ended up doing also.. i will look into RXTGI.. looks promising :). Nildo

Okay Bassline - I see what is going on here: You are showing me exactly correctly, and when I do what you do it works fine with no sliding. But, what then is playing is directly from the TakeRecorder take sequence, which is not what I was doing all this time.
I am building a level sequence so I can add in the Anim BP for the animation with Spring physics. Unfortunately, it looks like if you do it this way, then you yes get the Anim BP added to the animation, but it slides. And, changing around all the different parameters does not resolve it.
Going from Take Recorder direct to render I can get Camera switch and no sliding, but no Spring Physics. Going from Level Sequence to render I can get Cameras Switch and Spring Physics, but I get sliding.
My next venture will be to import animation via FBX to see if this completes the elusive Trinity of Doom.

You know, I am impressed to see this.... But, this looks like PS2 graphics. Something's not right here. Why are they showcasing such a poor visual example for this tech. Me thinks performance likely is going to be degraded by this.

It can look so much better but imagine what Charly Headache or Rob the Robert can squeeze out of it :) Emissive materials lighting out the environment , i love that and need that :)
oops it is RTXDI not RTXGI , which is also coming to UE4.
