Thanks. :) I have been looking at the help and understanding the new features. Some of the old features are making more sense now too. :D I'm guessing there are lots of extra PSD's with full pipeline release that has templates for easier 360 rigging. Will take some time to see if the asking price from V3 to V4 is worth it for me personally especially taking into consideration that webcam support is an additional cost. :) Will the promised webcam plugin appear for V3 ( was on the comparison document for V3)?
Unfortunately, the Motion LIVE 2D Plug-in is only compatible with Cartoon Animator 4. It won't be available for CTA3. To help with your evaluation of CTA4 we have now released some video tutorials. I was looking at this too trying to work out how we go about setting up a 360 head on a new custom character. All the information you need is in the Online User Manual (the one we spend ages preparing and nobody reads :P). Just select Help > User Manual in CTA4 and then navigate to Character > Character Head > 360 Head With Full Angles. Video tutorials are also coming if you prefer a visual guide. Thanks. :) I have been looking at the help and understanding the new features. CTA4 has the 360 Head Creator function is this working on the trial version? I cannot see how it is accessed or any specific tutorials? So how do we know if this function is a workable solution.
I also think the upgrades seem to be very expensive. Especially as an elite memberTo access the 360 Head Creator, try taking a character such as Martha into Composer Mode and then click the "360 Head Creator" button on the left toolbar. You can also find a ton of information in the Online Manual (Select Help > User Manual in CTA4). You can find it under Character > Character Head > 360 Head With Full Angles We also have plenty of video tutorials coming that will take you through the creation and use of the new 360 Heads.

I am also struggling with the upgrade price being around 80 percent of the product to new customers. I looked in help to look at what's new and if it's all worth nearly the entire price of the product again in less than a year. Maybe send an email to sales? :) I'm glad that $30 is a slight amount of money to some but to others it can make a difference if you can easily save it being a new customer :) I'm always for the customer :)

Hello, I recently purchased CTA3 Pro in your store for a promotion: "Cartoon Animator 4 Pro can be obtained free of charge when you buy CTA3 Pro (US $ 99) at the Reallusion store." Now I have difficulty with poor English, and I can’t find my free copy of Cartoon Animator 4 Pro. I will be very grateful to you if you help me figure out where I can download my copy. Thanks you. And one more question, with Cartoon Animator 4 Pro, can I import files from Photoshop? Or do I need a Pipeline version for this?

As I mentioned to others, the buy CTA3 get CTA4 FREE offer applied to purchases of qualifying bundles from the Reallusion Store. The offer did not apply to single purchases of just CrazyTalk Animator 3 Pro or Pipeline. If you only purchased CrazyTalk Animator 3 Pro on its own and not part of one of the qualifying bundles, then sadly you won't be entitled to free copy of Cartoon Animator 4.
If you have any concerns about this, please contact Customer Support using the link below. They will then be able to confirm for you if you qualified for a free copy of CTA4. Thanks.
