When I drag and drop a material (e.g. CloneCloth for Gwynn, Gwynn upper, overcoat B) I get the message "Failed to load material, this is not a valid material file" The overcoat is there but I think the colours are wrong. 76% of original size (was 663x19) - Click to enlarge Is anyone else having this problem? (It is since the update to V.7.02) Best Regards, Arie

Yeah, this happens to me on any non-PBR material (although everything I do nowadays is PBR so it doesn't worry me at all).

One thing to be aware of is that if the project is set to PBR, the Traditional textures look washed out. Setting the project to Traditional fixes the colors for me. 76% of original size (was 663x19) - Click to enlarge

I tested this issue using Gwynn and the Gwynn upper, overcoat B. The error warning message about Material loading appears, but the Material is loaded as already posted by Arie and others. I loaded Gwynn and applied the Material to her Overcoat in my default empty project that is set to PBR: 76% of original size (was 663x19) - Click to enlarge The Overcoat is "washed out" using these settings. Changing the project settings to "Traditional" gives this result: 76% of original size (was 663x19) - Click to enlarge Now, changing the project back to PBR results in this: 76% of original size (was 663x19) - Click to enlarge During all of this I never closed the Project settings window after each Color Management change, and the Materials were always kept as Traditional: 76% of original size (was 663x19) - Click to enlarge Interesting behaviour on the Material that needs looking into a little more. Edit: I've added a comment to the FT issue.

I am getting the same message but the material changes in spite of the error message. My latest project with 7.02 is crashing continuously with no know reason, even during simulation?
