Is the model you have in Maya the CC base model? You cannot just make one. You need the specific CC skeleton and meshes.

Today I decided to outsource the problem some more and I think I found it. Here comes a long post: 75% of original size (was 667x19) - Click to enlarge Image 1: These are the warnings that shows when importing a iClone rigg to Maya 75% of original size (was 667x19) - Click to enlarge Image 2: Looking at the info you can see which bones that have a problem and what the problem is. Here you can see the CC_Base_Hip isnt complete with the bind pose. I think that is why Character Creator or iClone dosent find the CC_Base_Hip when re-importing. 75% of original size (was 667x19) - Click to enlarge Image 3: Also, this is a interesting one. 75% of original size (was 667x19) - Click to enlarge Image 4: But the animations and rigg works fine :) So, now I finally know what the problem is. Does this mean that I have to rebind all the bones? Will that destroy the iClone structure so the bones isnt compitable with iClone or Character Creator anymore? Hope som rigging experts can help, so we can solve this.

Thats a great walkcycle :) So now that I know what to do, can I make a custom character and bind it to the bones for the Reallusion basemesh?

can I make a custom character and bind it to the bones for the Reallusion basemesh? That is another story ! You can create CC Morphs and conforming DRESS, Hair for CC .... but not create a new CC Character from a different Mesh for using in CC if you want a custom character, that is iClone compatible, you need to make a Nonstandard Chracter , with 3dXchange No matter where the Character come from. important is only it is a rigged FBX Here an Exampele how can rig a Character and converted to a Nonstandard .
