Hi All, I am fairly new to 3D animation, and I am having a frustrating problem . . . When I try and run Character Creator I get the error "Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware". I have had this error since I obtained the programme and am still getting it with v1.5. I have no problem running iClone v6.5 (or have ever had a problem with that). I am becoming more desperate to use the Character Creator, so I would be very grateful for any help anybody can give. Regards Brian

HI Dobro Wow thaaaat is weeeird. All I can even suggest is to do the following: I am blind to your system info so 1. click on your GPU icon (task bar?) click Open Nvidia control panel 2. Open your control panel> see the left menu>manage 3d settings? 3. click it and you will see a box> GLOBAL Settings/Program settings 4. Click on Program settings :::see them all and choose one or add a new program not listed. 5. NOW the fun starts> All of your 3d programs are listed there so choose one and set it> CUDA= Your 3d card....NOTE: You will see 2 menus> Feature and Setting> click on the right side menu settings and then make the correct setting show and SAVE IT. NEXT: Rt click on your program IC (or others) select advanced> RUN AS ADMIN AND SAVE IT.
TRY THIS and if it does not work still> I have no clue. Start a support ticket. I hope it works for you.
MSI GE66 Raider, Intel 10th Gen, I7, SC Turbo to 5.3 GHZ, 240HZ, 64GB 3300 Ram, 2x 1TB M2 SSD Drives, NVIDIA GPU RTX 2070/8GB, 55" Sony 4K Monitor External data drives total 7 TB. and an AUDIO Studio Recording system.

Uninstall it and run CCleaner back up and fix the registry too. Safer than mucking around in regedit Make sure you reboot inbetween then do a clean reinstall A clean reinstall of your graphics driver not a bad idea either I have not gotten that error but from time to time have had software stop running esp Reallusion products and this fixes it.
