Did you upgrade to 6.53? That should have fixed it.

I have posted this on the tracker as well
I've recently returned to iclone after a long illness, and installed the latest version. To my disappointment every Genesis 2 (some 24+)  characters I have created will not load.
Additional to what I have reported I'm experiencing a number of CC characters I have made not loading as well with the "Failed to load file notice. This file may be corrupted."

Is there a way to roll back this installation as these characters are important to my Colour Blind movie? Thanks.

Hi Bob,

Unfortunately iClone does not have a roll-back system. The only solution is to uninstall and reinstall. Doing this will not remove any purchased or custom content, but will delete the contents of the Resource Pack. Since this problem does not seem to have happened to others - at least it hasn't been reported here - it might be worth trying to first reinstall the software "over itself" just in case something got messed up.

Hi Gerry.
I uninstalled the whole shebang and reinstalled from the full version. Dunno what happened with the upgrade, but even some of my older content failed to load.
I must be getting too old for this stuff :)

When I start the project I get an error like this, there are 2 images. I removed the program and installed it again, but it did not improve?

Have you the newest graphic card -Driver ?

Do you know if there's an uninstall for your update 6.53 ?    .... WHY NOT?     You have 7 pages of people with the same problem since your upgrade...
Nothing works right now on windows 7. All sorts of problems...Cant create heads... Extra skin when adding different clothes to upper, lower, boots And whatever. I need an uninstall for B4 6.53 so I can use my program on my computer.

OK...An update of information on this dilemma!
Peter instructed me to uninstall the 6.53 program and reinstall back to the original 6.51 system.
He told me however, I would lose all program files and avatars I had created past the 6.51 system.
I didn't want to, but this had to be done for it wasn't functioning at all without problems using windows 7 operating systems.
I Uninstalled 6.53 from my computer but not before backing up all files.
Reinstalled 6.51 and to my absolute amazement everything works.
I mean everything.
even opens files created in 6.53.
So far nothing is missing and all opens.
To all my fellow windows 7 operators, let me warn you....
This has worked for me and mine.
But it could work for you as well!      Maybe.....
I will no longer allow updates to a functional system.
