This is the second time that you have posted this.
It was clearly stated in replies to your first post why it isn't necessary for iClone to have these formats included as an option. Professionals do not use iClone to render projection ready content, this requires a professional NLE for finishing - after the footage has been colour graded and the audio professionally mixed. iClone can not colour grade footage, or deal with multiple audio tracks, therefore there is no reason to waste human resources on implementing these formats.
If you need these formats then take a look at the various professional NLEs on the market - Adobe Premiere, Avid Media Composer, Lightworks, Final Cut X, Black Magic DaVinci, to name just a few.
