now its saying "failed to load the file" when I click on Create > Cloth, Hair, Acc... then loaded the .fbx file I exported from blender and then loaded the .fbxkey (thanks for that).
What should I do?

** Going to upload a video on YouTube on what I'm doing and the steps, so you can get a clear understanding what I'm doing. I hope you can help me and Thanks.

You can get the FBX templates and keys at the listed address. Here it is again if you need it.

http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/character-creator/custom-outfit.html

Scroll down a little to the "Cloth Design" heading.

As an alternative, the download at the top sends you to a page where you can download Character Creator Lite which allows for a few FBX exports.

It's best just to use the templates for most models, as the CC clothing morphs with the underlying body mesh. So you only need to save your own if you have made a very extreme body shape.

Need help.
what if I created my own character how do you get the fbxkey for it?
I use Crazy talk to create the character. Used blender to create a piece of clothing but I need a .Fbxkey to import the clothing to Character Creator.

Something else does occur to me.

I recently got the Make Human program, which can export into Blender.   From there, if I can make the right adjustments, maybe I can bring those pre-rigged meshes into 3DEXchange and iClone.

So, once again, content creation ability is only granted to those who have thousands of freaking dollars to spend on outside apps like Maya, when I was on the understanding that Blender (a free and very powerful app thank you very freaking much!) was supposed to be one of the apps you could use to create cloth and meshes for Character Creator.

I used to really love ya', Reallusion.... but this bait'n'switch has really soured my stomach.

Blender works very well for creating clothing. Free!
Akeytsu works very well as an alternate rigging option. Free Beta, $14.00 personal license, $80.00 dollar commercial license.

FBX templates are provided free from Reallusion here. http://www.reallusion.com/iclone/character-creator/custom-outfit.html

Let the love flow! :)

New Features and Enhancements part 6

Readjusted shoulder bones to Motionbuilder standards

Motionbuilder has strict FBX standards which allow only minimal variation of bone angle from 0 to 90 degrees.
This invariably will cause the arms to angle slightly upwards when applying motions to the updated character templates.
The new template is in black, the old one is in red.

New Features and Enhancements part 5

Perfectly Mirrored Mesh and Skeleton

Character Creator now has perfectly symmetrical base body templates for male and female genders.
Many thanks to Vit3D for catching and helping us diagnose this oversight.

Areas of discrepancies are highlighted in red (front):

Snippet of the vertices positional differences ( in the decimal range but rather noticeable in aggregate )
