Hello everyone!

Got Iclone 3 pro edition since a year, i love the product and all the coll stuff you can do with it!

But yesterday, i decided to get iclone pro v4: as usual, after paying, i received the email link to download and activate it: But impossible to the install program to accept my license number that i got with it! is anyone can help me? i already tried cut, paste and all that kind of stuff and when i go to my reallusion page, my board is unable to activate it!

To further update this situation. BackStage is now back online and you should now be able to install your software successfully with your supplied serial numbers. Your content should also no longer show the watermark providing you are connected to the internet when first applying them.

Thanks Peter for the news....Can you advise what is in the works to prevent or service this inconvenience in the future? And will there continue to be no-service on the weekends?

Having problems opening the program. It starts to open and then quickly closes.  Tried to uninstall to re-install but getting Error 0x80040707 tried using the windows fix it program but it is asking for a 38 character product code.  How can I find this code for IC4?  Thanks
