I don't know if I am the only person with this problem but I cannot install ANY of my Reallusion purchased Packs since the installation of iC6 on my computer.

In other words, I go to the Package TAB, I explode the ''Not Installed'' folder, I see all my Reallusion Packs, I double click on one of the motions pack, the rld script gets downloaded, I open the rld script, I get the Promt message asking me if I want to install, I click the Start button and then I get a Network Error and the pack s does not get installed.

Reallusion Support suggested I install version 6.01 Patch which I did and guess what, I get the same errors as those reported here with a first panel to check DRM and then iClone CRASHES...

At this point, I uninstalled 6.01 and reverted to 6.0 but I still have the package installation issue.

At this point, I am really upset... This has been going on for 2 weeks now...

I run the latest Windows 7 service pack ...

ah.. Now I guess I need to install the indigo plugin patch as well.. :w00t:

The only problem is that there is no "iClone_Render_Plugin_101_Patch" in my patch bonus section so where to I get it???

hi , same here (no option). But you can tweak inside indigo ;)

All work fine with this new patch :)

Ok a small update... To see the indigo patch in your bonus-patch section, you need to register the indigo package first so I got that done, got the path and now iC6.01 no longer crashes...

But I still cannot install any new package... :(

Patch seems to be good with me so far...But

...looks like I've lost the "Scroll Wheel" feature of being able to move an object "up & down" when hiding the Gizmo with CRTL Q...It now back to Zooming in and Out with the scroll wheel not moving Up & Down.

And wouldn't it be a good idea to have the "Remove All Animation" button back in the Modify panels so we don't have to go hunting for the object and right click on it to have the animation removed or.... go over to the Animation menu click in the toolbar and click to remove animation...please!!!! :)

The G6 characters are currently non-standard characters so "Create Face" won't work for Mason and Heidi. You can however use this feature with the G5 characters Chuck and Gwynn.

We will be updating the G6 avatars in a future patch to add extra functionality. :)

You won't be able to update your existing trial to 6.01. You will need to uninstall and then download the latest version which is 6.01. You can get it from the link below.

Hi BB,

I have replied to you via Support with more information about the updated downloader.

However as you are also having trouble accessing our FTP it does appear like you may have some overzealous Security software that is blocking access in some way. Perhaps you could try quickly turning off your security software\firewall and see if you are able to use the package installer that way. It will help narrow down the problem.
