Just a small update on this...
There are currently two existing issues with the Marketplace. The first relates to a change in the way content is uploaded to the Marketplace. Please see HERE for more on this.
The second is the "TODO" issue. This unfortunately is a bug in the downloader that occurs when you attempt to download large files. For this issue we will need to patch the downloader. I will update again when I have more news about the patch.
So if you are experiencing problems downloading from the Marketplace, but not getting the "TODO" message, please contact the Vendor as they may need to upload the content again as explained HERE.
