Anybody else having problems with Market Place downloads

I have problems with the Market Place today. Downloads starts, stop, and then start all over again.

Finally, I get an error message as shown below:

Never had such problems before...Unsure

It's RLDownloaderR2.exe that crashes.

Fortunately, I had version 1 of the downloader on another machine so I could revert.

Same kind of problem here with the Market Place today.

Sherlock did not find a solution.

But...What to do now?

Apologies for the problems with the downloader.

We are aware of the issue that is affecting some downloads and are urgently looking into it.

As soon as I have more information I will update again.

Today (11/15/2014) I received a message on the Market Place.
There was a new (updated) pack.
I could download this pack from my inventory without problems.

Just a small update on this...

There are currently two existing issues with the Marketplace. The first relates to a change in the way content is uploaded to the Marketplace. Please see HERE for more on this.

The second is the "TODO" issue. This unfortunately is a bug in the downloader that occurs when you attempt to download large files. For this issue we will need to patch the downloader. I will update again when I have more news about the patch.

So if you are experiencing problems downloading from the Marketplace, but not getting the "TODO" message, please contact the Vendor as they may need to upload the content again as explained HERE.

I hope this helps explain things. Please do accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We will get this corrected as soon as possible.
