I would really love a spherical 360 degree rendering camera in iClone!
I use one a lot in Carrara to create wrap around backgrounds to save rendertimes.
I also use those backgrounds, which are often animated. in iClone on the sky prop.
I love to do it in iClone too., esp with iClone trees and the new heightmapped terrains,
one could paint many trees around the perimeter animated and have birds, clouds particles etc that would bog down an already complex scene then use it as a video background on the sky prop with even more foreground objects.
I also use a dome and circular plane I have uv mapped to take spherical renders.
I know there are also various products in store that will load 360 panorama images and videos.
