Issue #1 Everytime I click on the import Actor button I get an error message that "crazy talk AP has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."

Issue# 2
When using the text Editor. I can type my words into it. HOWEVER I get a message it appears that your license for this product has expired or is invalid. It only lets me use the 4-in-1 English voices that I bought in Demo Mode. :-( Even though I have the download links with License keys that I paid for on the reallusions website.

I pressed help in the software and looked at the online help tutorial. Nothing addresses either of these issues. therefore I have no idea how to fix either of these issues. Please help. Thank you.

Hi Drew,

For the first issue, please check you are using the latest version which is 7.2. There was a bug in the original 7.0 release but this should be fixed in the latest version.

For the second issue, unfortunately the Neospeech Voices are 3rd party products and they do have their own verification system which must be carefully followed first to register them.

Please follow the steps below for each voice using the serial provided.

You can refer to the full instructions to install NeoSpeech TTS as explained below:

http://file.reallusion.com/3rdParty/NeoSpeech/NeoSpeech_Installation_Guide_Windows.pdf

Please then download the Mac finder tool below and run this so you have your Mac address ready to enter when requested. (Note: This has nothing to do with Mac computers. It is a code used by all computers).

http://file.reallusion.com/3rdParty/NeoSpeech/WinHostID_MacAddress.zip

When ready, please go to the link below and enter in your License key which was supplied in your purchase email.

http://verification.neospeech.com/reallusion

Continue to follow the steps, filling in the information as requested. Once complete you will be given a verification file. At this point select "Save To File" and save as verification.txt.

This should then be placed in the folder below (example Bridget).

C:\Program Files\VW\VT\Bridget\M16-SAPI5\data-common\verify

or for 64Bit systems.

C:\Program Files (x86)\VW\VT\Bridget\M16-SAPI5\data-common\verify

Now the Demo warning should be removed. :)
