I'm still getting the "Failed to intialize Content Install Module of iClone" Error Message, with iC5.2 64Bit, with IE 9. See Screenshot 1.

Whereas I could Install the Content in iC4 & Copy to iC5, before. I can't now. I get "Failed to load the configuration of." Error Message. See Screenshot 2.

I thought the above had been fixed. Apparently not:ermm:

Could it have anything to do with the 64 bit version - in that I read that there are some things that don't work properly as it is a beta?

IMO - No, Alley.

Just tried with iC5.2 32Bit. The same Error Messages.

I could try with iC51.3, but that would involve Uninstalling iC5.2 first & I've alrady done that several times, attempting to resolve other problems with iC5.2, to no avail.:ermm:

As I recall, I had the same problem with that Version but could Install in iC4 & Copy to iC5 at the time.

There are other Posts (including my original Post, somewhere) with the same problem , with different Browsers.

I thought this was fixed at the time. If it was, the problem has re-appeared:ermm:

ADDED - There was a Fix for; "Unable to Download Content from Market Place under certain conditions" in iC5.02. However, I don't know if that Fix is the relevant one.

I've tried IE9 in Compatabilty Mode - No difference.

Thanks for your Post:)

Very prompt initial Fix, replacing some Files in Reallusion Common Files / Downloader Folder, from Jana:)

Now we know Where Jana's Character name came from;)

I wonder if she's like her Character. If she is;;)

Fix doesn't work:ermm:. So I'll send Screenshot(s) of the Downloader Containing Folder's contents after the Fix.

Having rexchanged correspondence with RL Tech support with 2 unsuccessful fixes, the problem has now been passed to Product Development.

My own investigation suggests this:

There's a Content Downloader EXE File that's Installed with iC Program.

The Downloader can't be "Intialized" (Run) from within the Program. It can only be Intialized via the Market Place Inventory Download Button. Therefore, I suggest it's either a Web Browser Problem (I have IE9) &/or a malfunction with the Market Place Inventory Download Process being unable Initialize the Program's Downloader EXE File, to call home.
