To better help Reallusion Support deal with any issues or problems you are having with iClone5, please report them here. Give as much information as possible about the problem, including error messages, what you were doing when the error occured etc. Screenshots will also help.

working ok when open but when i close it out windows keeps saying iclone 5ap has stoped working a crash message

I have one issue too. I can't get my iClone 5.

I sent the next message to support:

I've bought your bundel from content store for 199,95$ and still waiting the link for free download iClone 5 (claim ticket promised that this link will be send me after iClone 5 will be realised) and don't pay for mocap plug-in and Gorf's Wonderland suite.
Send me me please link for download and new serial number for iClone5.

They answered:

...We will send iClone 5 Pro download link & serial number to your email box on Sep. 26th 2011.
Please wait for it. Thanks for your patience.

I downloaded link with trial version of "iClone 5" but it is only iclone4ex...

Now I want to ask you: If I buy right now the bundle with iClone 5 than could I get iClone 5 today or after my paying I'll get the message: wait for few days?

In the past, I've been able to tell interested people that the iClone demo doesn't expire, and is only crippled. Is this also true of the iClone 5 demo? After the 30 days of Pro, does it revert to a crippled standard version of 5?

If you were to buy today you should receive your download links the same day. That is the normal practice with purchases through Element 5 who handle Reallusion sales.

The iClone Trial version works like a traditional trial and not like the non-expiring version of iClone4 EX I'm afraid. You will have 30 days to try out iClone5 and then it will expire.

I´m a little confused here and i hope somebody can help me. I download Iclone 5 Trial, but when i open the exe, it says it´s not Iclone 5, but IClone 4. If i try to install, it ask me to unninstall my previous version of Iclone 4. Why it´s happenning??? Thanks in advice, and sorry for the bad english, i´m from Brazil.

Hi..

If you download the iClone5 Pro trial from HERE then you should get the right version and be able to install the trial alongside any iClone4 versions that may be on your computer.
