Is it an automated message generated or is it Mon-Friday business hours after you buy enough to qualify for iClone 5?

Made different paypal transactions using Euros and US dollars so bought extra DA points to make sure as totals confusing, have confirmation emails for products but nothing about iC5 eligibility.

I wondered the same thing, so I emailed customer service, and the next day the response was that sure enough, all was good, and I should expect an email when iC5 is released to allow the download.

From what I had read, I expected an email confirming my purchase qualified, and then another email when 5 was released, but customer service seemed to suggest that was wrong, and that there would only be one email.

I'm guessing you're probably all right, but shooting an email to customer service probably can't hurt.

  I made my purchase of content on Sept 1 and received a conformation for the free iClone 5 on Sept 7 so it takes about 5 business day for the notification.

Stange that it needs several day to get a confirm.
I ordered my 199.95 today, and if i have calculated wrong then it has passed the 15sept and it will be to late for me to correct it??

My computer: Intel i7-7700K 4.2Hhz 64Gb, Windows 10, GeForce GTX 1080 + GeForce GTX 1070, Phillips monitor 40" 4K  3840x2160 + 2x28" 

Bought what I expect to be my qualifying Content + DA points combo on Mon Sept. 5th.

As my receipts are in sterling it`s not quite so easy to be sure I`ve hit target.

No email confirmation arrived by the end of the week so wrote to support yesterday. Hope they give me a positive reply by the Sept 15th deadline. Don`t want to miss the fun for the sake of a few £`s :D

Just had this response from support which may be of interest to others from the U.K. who may be waiting for Free Iclone 5 ticket.:crying:

"We found you have purchased content value of $191.94 from 7/27/2011 until now, you need to purchase some more content which value more than $8.01 before 9/15/2011, then you will be eligible to get a free copy of iClone 5 Pro."

I have sent the following reply:-

I believe I bought the following on Monday 5th Sept and these items are showing in my order history.

The Content store prices as follows:-

Fierce animals Vol 4&5 Combo $79.95

Colours of Sky $29.95

10,000 DA points $95

Total: $204.90 and therefore entitled to free version of Iclone5 ?

Unfortunately my receipt from Element 5 is in sterling. Hence require clarification. Has the £/$ exchange caused a problem ? :unsure:

The confirmation emails are normally sent out every Tuesday so depending when you purchase you may have to wait a few days before receiving your email. :)
