Are you referring to CrazyTalk 6.2 Pro or CrazyTalk Animator v1.1? They are two different products.
Whichever product you have please make sure you can login to your Account first and if so please register your copy into your account. Once you successfully do this you should be able to login when loading the program.
For replies from Support please check in your Account under the Support Ticket tab. Often email replies get filtered as spam or junk so checking in your Account is the best way to see if any reples have been made.
