Invalid Serial Number

Just purchase Crazytalk pro animator v6.2. Program will not accept the serial number on the first page of the Quick Start Guide. I have aready sent emails to tech support but they have not responded. Any advice will be appreciated.

Are you referring to CrazyTalk 6.2 Pro or CrazyTalk Animator v1.1? They are two different products.

Whichever product you have please make sure you can login to your Account first and if so please register your copy into your account. Once you successfully do this you should be able to login when loading the program.

For replies from Support please check in your Account under the Support Ticket tab. Often email replies get filtered as spam or junk so checking in your Account is the best way to see if any reples have been made.

hi Peter,

It's crazytalk 6 pro animator. The user gudie says 6.2 pro animator. If this helps, I bought the Suite from Creation Engine which included iclone, crazy talk, crazy talk pro animator. Are you saying that I have to register before installing?

Did you ever get this solved? Mine was working, they sent me an update, I ran it and now two programs won't start.

Crazytalk Animator 3.2
Crazytalk 8

I see this is not a new problem, so why is this not fixed 7 years later, or listed in a FAQ somewhere? Bad for marketing?
