There is a fire-fighter's hose in the Marketplace for just 300 points. It's not posable, but has an attached water spraying animation:

Similarly, Ting's Tail (100 points) looks like it could be converted easily to be a fire hose (although possibly it's only a flex prop that can only do constant motion, not poses):

I already tried the fire hose but there was no opportunity to attach to the pump truck.
