(A) Can one isolate a pose from a motion on the timeline, and how? I want to isolate one pose (frame), and save it for later, or copy it to another location on the timeline.
(B) Similarly, if I pose the face on the Facial Layer, can I save that keyframe (facial pose) and load it onto another character in another scene?
(C) Finally, are there static poses pre-built that I can drag and drop like in Poser?
(A) There is no special feature for making it quick and easy to save a pose. I have submitted this as a feature request, but I never heard whether RL is committed to implementing it. It would be quite valuable to have and it should be extremely easy for the programmers to implement. To do this manually, you have to use the break-track button to snip away either side of the pose.
(1) Open your Timeline.
(2) Display the motion track for your selected avatar.
(3) Position the cursor to one side of the desired pose, click the motion track to activate it, and click the break-track button.
(4) Repeat step 3 on the other side of the pose.
(5) Move the broken tracks out of the way.
(6) Click the Collect Clip tab.
(7) Drag inside the Collect Clip track to capture the pose.
(8) Right-click on the Collect Clip track and Save to Library.
(B) I suspect the same procedure can be applied to a Face track.
(C) iClone comes with some static poses in the animation folder. You can purchase a few more from the Content Store.
