Hi,

I know how to render a wireframe image from 3ds max but what i want is a plugin or technique through which i can

apply/project/overlay a clean wireframe over my 3d models the problem is my wireframes are really messy and all i

want to show is the topology..
Thanks

Hi Nawaz,...

There is a "Fishnet" 3ds Max plugin somewhere on the web that can generate a wireframe mesh from your poly mesh that might do the job... I don't remember exactly where it is but search for "Fishnet 3ds max Plugin..."

Hope this helps Smile

Is it possible to change color of character's wireframe? And also is it possible to lower down number of wirreframes of the character?

[EDIT] oops I see now it's for iclone 4 but I'm talking about Iclone 5.

you can render the viewport in any mode in the edit menu -viewport

you also can set you model texture temporarily to wireframe in the
mat editor and resize/recolor it

But I've tried changing it in "material settings" and it still remains white
