I found a scene containing multiple objects that I would like to import into iClone/CC
I've figure out how to import the scene from either the obj or FBX file into CC.
However textures haven't been applied.

There is a mtl file included with the scene.
Is there a way that CC can decode the mtl file and it will automatically apply the textures to the props in the scene, or will I need to manually texture each prop manually myself ?

If you open the mtl file in Notepad you should be able to see where the textures are expected to be found (folder, filename etc.).

If you then put the textures in the correct folder and the filenames match, then CC4 should be able to find them when you load the fbx or obj.

I have a serious problem. It has happened to me multiple times. While I'm working with a character. I create accessories in independent programs. When I want to import them to place them in CC4. Using menu create. The program collapses and closes. I have reinstalled the program. The error is corrected. But in time it happens again. I'm quite sad and angry after spending so much time/money and these problems occurring. What solution is there?

Unfortunately without being able to see the accessories you are importing, or knowing your system specs, it's very difficult to say exactly what the cause of the problem is.

If the problem is reproducible with a particular accessory (crashes CC4 every time), then please report the issue in the Feedback Tracker below and supply the problematic accessory. The Character Creator team will then test the accessory to see what the problem is. Thanks.
