V4.5 is breaking a feature I need to work, which previously worked in an earlier build. Can I roll back to a version that worked for me?
This is the bug that is a show-stopper for me: https://forum.reallusion.com/555830/headshot-mouth-bug-with-VFACE

Hi...

You can check in the Reallusion Hub > Settings to find your old installers. If you have the full previous version installer still downloaded, then you could uninstall your current version and then install the  previous version. However, if you don't have any installers still saved then you will need to contact Support using the link below. They can supply older builds.

Please Note: Fixes for the current issues are coming. We hope to have these ready by the end of this week or early next.

Hi there,

I am also having trouble with the latest build regarding CC Auto Setup for V-ray in Max.

Unfortunatly import hungs at 57% while listener reads :

 raceback (most recent call last):
  File "F:\AutoSetup_Max\AutoSetup-for-3dsMax\build\RLSDK.py", line 695, in import_character
  File "F:\AutoSetup_Max\AutoSetup-for-3dsMax\build\render\VRay.py", line 569, in create_material
File "F:\AutoSetup_Max\AutoSetup-for-3dsMax\build\render\VRay.py", line 347, in __init__
File "F:\AutoSetup_Max\AutoSetup-for-3dsMax\build\render\AbstractEngine.py", line 557, in __init__
AttributeError: 'Mat' object has no attribute 'sss_ior'

I need previous version, else I'm in big trouble

There has been a further update since the 4.5 release so please do check that you have the latest build installed which is 4.5.3306.1.

However, if you continue to experience significant issues with Character Creator, please reach out to Support as previously suggested, and they will provide you with the earlier version.

The link doesn't seem to allow for opening a new ticket to request a older vers.?  I've had an "initialization failed" error but my specs meet the minimum requirements & I've updated my drivers. I updated RLHub to the latest vers. Then I tried to uninstall & reinstall CC4 v4.5 and I keep getting "Installation failed. Character Creator install failed or canceled". Also CC v3.44 failed to install.
I have another machine with the same specs BUT with CC v 4.4 installed - I'm not having any of these issues.

Can I please get a support ticket opened to my account with a link to a previous CC vers (4.3?) or guidance here on what to do to resolve, please?

with appreciation,

Seems the same symptoms as I had. Did you have Kaspersky AV installed?
Then check this: https://forum.reallusion.com/FindPost556432.aspx
